Andrey Yakunichev, founder and principal, earned his Masters degree in Business Taxation from USC. The first five years of his career were at Deloitte, Los Angeles, serving business clients. Afterwards, Andrey worked at several Los Angeles CPA firms. There he learned about various industries, business structures and individual taxation. Andrey has been a licensed CPA in the state of California since 2008 and a member of AICPA and CalCPA since 2005.
